What documents do I need to complete before Day 1?

You’ll find a checklist on this site outlining all required documents. Completing these ahead of time helps ensure a smooth and on-time start. Further instructions will be given by our HR–People Design partner.

What if I’m unable to complete my requirements on time?

If you encounter any challenges, simply inform your HR–People Design partner. They’ll be happy to assist and guide you on next steps. The goal is to complete the list prior to your onboarding date.

Do I need to submit original copies of my documents?

Yes. While scanned copies may be submitted online, original documents may be required for verification during onboarding.

Who should I contact if I have questions before my start date?

For any inquiries or assistance, you may reach out to your assigned HR–People Design partner. They will be your primary point of contact throughout the pre-boarding process.

When will I receive my company ID, email, and system access?

Your company ID, official email, and system access will be processed and provided as part of your onboarding. Timelines may vary depending on role and location.

Where should I take my medical exam?

For Cebu-based employees: Hi-Precision Diagnostics.
For areas outside Cebu: You may visit the nearest accredited medical clinic capable of providing standard pre-employment examinations with the medical classification clearance. Your HR–People Design partner will confirm specific requirements and provide further guidance if necessary.

What is the dress code?

Allowed Prohibited

UPPER	Collared Shirts Plain colored polo/ polo shirt Striped, checkered Blouse (For Ladies)	T-shirts Sleeveless Plunging and tops with loud prints Patches, and drawings

Where do I go and what time should I arrive?

Please report to your assigned office based on your job location.

Is there a parking area available?

Parking availability varies by location. Please coordinate with your HR–People Design partner or assigned office for guidance.

Is there a pantry or place to buy food onsite?

Yes, there is an available pantry onsite. However, employees are still advised to bring their own meals. Some sites may also have food concessionaires available.

What should I do if I am late or absent on my first day?

Please inform your HR–People Design partner and immediate supervisor as soon as possible.
